This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website at www.passwithpass.com (the "Site"), use our TestReady mobile application available on iOS and Android (the "App"), or interact with any of our products and services, including online courses, study guides, tutoring, and continuing education programs (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Site, the App, or any of our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
We may collect the following personal information when you create an account, make a purchase, contact us, or use our Services: name, email address, phone number, mailing address (for physical product orders), account credentials (username and password), payment and billing information (processed by third-party providers; see Section 4), and any other information you voluntarily provide through forms, emails, or customer support requests.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Site or App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
Website Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring/exit pages, access times, and pages viewed.
App Data: Device type, operating system version, app usage and interaction data, session duration, and crash logs.

1.3 Information Collected Through the TestReady App
When you use the TestReady App, we collect account information (name and email address) and usage and progress data, including quiz scores, flashcard progress, study streaks, time spent studying, and rank progression.
The TestReady App does not collect precise geolocation data, contacts, photos, or other sensitive device data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: to provide, operate, and improve the Site, App, and Services; to process transactions and send related confirmations and receipts; to create and manage your account; to track your learning progress, study streaks, and performance within the App; to communicate with you, including responding to inquiries, sending updates, and providing customer support; to send promotional communications (you may opt out at any time); to personalize your experience and deliver relevant content; to analyze Site and App usage for internal analytics and product improvement; to detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or technical problems; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who assist in operating our business, including payment processors, email service providers, hosting providers, and analytics tools. In-App Purchases: Purchases made within the TestReady App are processed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not directly collect or store your payment card information for in-app transactions. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4. Payment Processing
Pass with PASS, LLC does not directly store credit card or billing details. Payment information for website purchases is processed through third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. In-app purchases within the TestReady App are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these payment processors for more information on how they handle your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. We may also retain certain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and support legitimate business operations.
