What happens if I forget about my session?
Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds or credits for missed tutoring sessions. We value the time and commitment of our tutors and want to ensure all students have equal access to available time slots. We would still love the opportunity to work with you and encourage you to book another session when you're ready.
What time zone are the tutoring sessions based on?
All tutoring sessions are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please ensure you account for any time zone differences when booking your session. Unfortunately, missed sessions due to time zone confusion are not eligible for a refund or credit to reschedule.
Can you help me with an assignment, quiz, or test?
We cannot and will not directly complete an assignment, quiz, or test for you. Our goal is to help you gain a stronger understanding of the material so you can complete your work confidently on your own.
Does tutoring actually work?
You bet it does! Often, when students feel like they've "tried everything," tutoring is one of our top recommendations. We always encourage the most cost-conscious options first, but working with one of our private tutors is an exceptional way to ensure you're fully prepared for your next attempt.
Do you know the questions on the NREMT exam?
Well, sort of, but not exactly. The NREMT tests on a specific set of industry-approved material (EMS Education Standards, AHA algorithms, ILCOR standards, etc.). We have a solid understanding of the topics the NREMT focuses on, but no one truly knows the exact test questions - and we wouldn't want to. Our goal is to ensure you fully understand the material so you can confidently tackle whatever questions come your way.
