Meet the Instructors
Pass with PASS, LLC was founded in 2019 after recognizing a gap in initial EMS education. While there were numerous in-person review courses for exams like the NCLEX, FNP, and FP-C/CCEMT-P, there were very few options for high-quality in-person review courses specifically targeting the NREMT examinations.
Since our inception, we’ve expanded our offerings to include comprehensive study guides, recorded NREMT review/prep lectures, private online tutoring, and NREMT- and state-approved continuing education - all designed to help students succeed.
Our founders have worked together for over a decade in both the fire service and higher education, consistently achieving strong first-time pass rates in their programs. They realized they could make an even greater impact by reaching students directly, beyond just their local community. And with that vision, Pass with PASS, LLC was born.
In 2023, Pass with PASS, LLC partnered with CodeBreaker NCLEX Prep to launch a professional, on-demand NCLEX Review Course, expanding into both EMS and Nursing Education. This collaboration brings Nick’s highly regarded in-person NCLEX classes to students everywhere, regardless of geographical location.

Nursing Instructor - Pass with PASS, LLC
Owner - CodeBreaker NCLEX Prep
After earning my MSN in Education, I became certified by the American Heart Association to teach BLS, ACLS, and PALS. I’ve trained thousands of student nurses and experienced RNs across departments like the ED, OR, ICU, TCU, and critical care on how to run effective codes.
I spent 10 years in the Emergency Department of a large four-hospital system with over 10,000 employees. During that time, I helped launch the hospital’s first EKG class and taught nearly every new RN assigned to telemetry units during the program’s first two years.
Early in my career, I worked in med/surg but quickly transitioned to the ED. I took every opportunity to grow, working extra shifts in ICU, inpatient mental health, LTACs, and rehab facilities. I later moved into education, starting as a clinical adjunct and eventually teaching full-time at the college level. My courses included Pharmacology, Med/Surg, Fundamentals, Leadership, and Critical Care.
Offered a position as Dean, I instead chose a more hands-on education role using advanced simulation technology. As an Education Specialist, I supported staff education in departments like the ED, OR, and Research, with a focus on interactive learning and real-time application.
Today, I continue to work in the ED to stay current while dedicating my time to helping students pass the NCLEX. Supporting students who have failed before, have been out of school for years, or face challenges like test anxiety or language barriers is what drives me. Seeing them succeed is the most rewarding part of what I do.
You may not think you can do it, but I know you can. I’ve helped others in your shoes, and I can help you too. Now is the time to boost your ATI and HESI scores. Now is the time to pass your NCLEX.

Motion Graphic Designer
Jordon Fleigelman is an EMT and entrepreneur based in West Palm Beach, Florida, with a background in film from Liberty University. While attending paramedic school, he founded D5WLabs.com, a creative resource designed to help students better retain medication dosages by including both milligram and milliliter values, a detail that is often overlooked but critically important in the field.
Jordon is passionate about making EMS education more engaging and easier to retain. He brings a unique approach to learning through custom visuals and creative mnemonics. His original memory aids include tools like “CHAMP” for cardiac tamponade, “GRAVES” for Graves’ disease, and “ADDISONS” for Addison’s disease. These tools help turn complex medical concepts into clear and memorable content.
In addition to his EMS knowledge, Jordon has a strong talent for motion graphic design. His ability to combine clinical understanding with visual storytelling is what truly sets him apart. That combination, along with his firsthand experience in EMS, made bringing him onto our team an easy decision.
We are excited to help Jordon share his work with a broader audience. With his contributions, thousands of students will be better prepared, no matter which exam they are studying for.
