NREMT & State Accepted CE for the Entire Organization

The purpose of our continuing education (CE) program is to deliver shift friendly, high-quality, relevant, and medically accurate content. Membership to our CE program is offered to fire departments and EMS organizations throughout the country on a subscription basis. The subscription can be paid on a recurring monthly basis or annually at a discounted rate.

Per the NREMT, "all CE must be either State EMS Office accepted or CPACE accredited." Pass with PASS, LLC is an approved CE Training & Education Institution through the Kentucky Board of EMS (TEI #342). The majority of States accept CE credits through reciprocity that have been approved by an outside State EMS Office, but we encourage you to check with your State first if you are outside of Kentucky.

Full-Time Employees: Per employee pricing with monthly or annual billing. The annual billing option offers a 20% discount from the monthly billing. Monthly billing is $18 for each full-time employee whereas annual billing is $172.80 for each full-time employee ($14.40 per month).

Part-Time Employees & Volunteers: It would be unfair to charge for every part-time employee or volunteer individually. You have the option to purchase bulk hours on a monthly basis ($7.20/hour) or annual basis ($5.76/hour) for these members. Any unused hours would rollover to the next billing cycle and additional hours can be purchased at any time.

Billing example: Department A has one part-time employee per day. The department would need 7.5 hours per month to include them in each Wednesday's CE class. 7.5 hours per month for 12 months would be 90 hours a year. If the department opted for the month-to-month payment plan, the cost would be $54 per month (or $648 per year); if the 7.5 hours were purchased in bulk for the year (at 90 hours) the cost would be $518.40.

Recertification Hours

As a member of our CE program, your agency will receive monthly live, virtual instructor led training that meets the paramedic recertification requirements of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) EMR, EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic requirements. Students will be issued a certificate of completion for every course attended.

Live classes will be shift friendly, occurring the first, second, and third Wednesday of each month. Classes will be 2.5 hours in duration. A certificate of completion is issued after each class.

A breakdown of the hours delivered over a 24-month cycle is below:

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about our CE program. We look forward to hearing from you and helping your members maintain their State and NREMT certifications.
